This will be a short post, as there is very little information. What we know is that there were students at 'Ole Miss passing around a new synthetic opioid known to be stronger than fentanyl. Five students have been known to have overdosed on this. During the investigation, kratom was found in the rooms of two of those five. Media being what is is, these overdoses have been blamed on the kratom.
